I know nothing of McCarter though.
I also heard that Rep. Shimkus became more liberal, within the past five years. I don’t know a lot about that State Sen. McCarter, but I read that he’s conservative. Last spring, he considered running for the U.S. Senate, since he thinks that Sen. Kirk is too liberal.
