Just by their titles these seem to be some heavy hitters in the State.
His planning ahead instead of just concerning himself with the east coast will pay dividends.

He doesn’t seem to be paying a lot of attention to NH but he has the endorsements of 26 NH state reps and 2 or 3 state senators.
