The White Vote and the GOP: Some activists believe minority votes don't matter, they may be right.

Is the white vote returning to American politics?

Four recent national polls all confirm what is likely to be the galvanizing force of the GOP presidential primary season at least through next spring and what is almost certainly behind Donald Trump's "Make America Great Again" surge: an effort to bring disaffected white voters back to voting booths.

Nearly every political and social scientist in America has predicted for years that demographics are shifting inexorably against the Republican Party nationally -- that growing numbers of Hispanic and Millennial voters will join black voters in keeping the GOP from capturing the White House in 2016 without a shift in both rhetoric and policies at the federal level.

But they very well may be wrong, at least in the short term. Which may explain why Trump not only seems not to care that he's deeply angering (and offending) Hispanic voters with rhetoric about southern border walls and rapists, he's gambling that this sort of rhetoric will bring millions of white voters back into politics and the voting booth in 2016 for the GOP, checkmating the turnout of black, Hispanic and Millennial voters....

40% of the citizens do not vote.

Probably because there has not been much to vote for.

Reagan’s landslides resulted from drawing in the non-voters.

Trump looks to be doing that same thing.

The Cheap Labor Express is terrified.

Look for the attacks to increase.

the votes that matter now are the votes that are forbidden by election laws.

the democRAT party has been running a massive vote fraud campaign ever since 2008. they saw how successful it was for them and how ineffectual the GOP was in countering it (e.g. Al Franken is a fracking senator now! seriously! Al Franken!!) and it’s become the backbone of their election strategy.

in CO we had massive vote fraud benefiting the democRATS and the Sec of State essentially said there was no money to investigate it or prosecute it.

http://www.nationalreview.com/article/390139/braced-voter-fraud-colorado-john-fund

people in other states really need to see what’s going on here in CO. we’re the guinea pigs and whatever these progressives can get away with here, they’ll be trying in your state next.

If the unemployed White vote, the White vote sickened with the corruption in D.C., the White vote that is bone tired of being attacked by the Left for believing in God, the White vote that hates passing a $20 TRILLION debt to their children and grandchildren, the White vote that is treated as cash cows for wasteful government spending on projects that enrich the cronies of those in office....if all those White people turn out to vote for a decent candidate who is equipped to turn this nation back to sanity, next year would go down in history. Pray that the Lord will be merciful and help us.

What asinine crap. Trump has not said that he “gambling” about any such thing. He’s putting forth an agenda that prioritize what’s good for AMERICANS of all races, not illegal aliens, foreign workers, multinational corporations, etc. The Democrats are the ones focusing on this or that demographic, not Trump.

>> Trump not only seems not to care that he’s deeply angering (and offending) Hispanic voters...

Maybe the reason that he “seems not to care” is because he knows that Hispanics are NOT a voting bloc that uniformly desires open borders, like the media and the GOPe seem to believe.

Quite a few Hispanics I know personally DO NOT like illegals and want strong borders to keep them out. These Hispanics are not at all turned off by Trump’s border control platform.

From what I read, while the Trumps/Cruz's aren't beloved by minorities, even with Carson in the race, they are doing well compared to the past with minorities ... (I could be wrong, haven't studied this one closely, but it seems like that's what's been trickling in - just because 'whites are shifting their way' doesn't mean 'only whites are shifting their way') This seems to more an American phenomenon than a racial one.

But surely we can expect the racist left to encourage blacks not to do what's rational or in their self interest, but whatever seems most against-white. They tell them 'that's real freedom.'

I was once at a seminar where the leader was talking about freedom vs other expressions of action commonly mistaken for it. The leader had someone come up, and told him 'whenever I say sit, you stand, whenever I say stand, you sit'. It was soon totally clear who was controlling whom, that perfect resistance was perfect slavery.

The demographics do concern me.

For freedom to long survive I believe a separation will be needed.

Leftist tax-n-waste idiots on one side of a divide and the producers on the other side.

One side will survive and flourish while the other will devolve into chaos and starvation.

It’s coming.

Same here. I live in an area heavily populated by Hispanics whose ancestors came here with Coronado. They despise the border jumpers.

If anyone believes the Hispanic vote matters, name one state where it will make a difference, one way or another.

After Romney went down in flames, O’Reilly proclaimed that the gop must pander to blacks and Hispanics, because there is no way the gop could ever increase its percentage of the white vote.

O’Reilly has the brains of a worm. He really is one of the stupid men on television. He is almost always wrong on his analysis as it pertains what ails the GOP and what it would take to fix it, amongst other things.

Dear Republicans,
You can either wheedle, beg and sell out to appease minority voters who still won’t vote for you, or...

If the GOP stood for and expressed an agenda of America first and American freedom and Western cultural ethics, they would get plenty of white and minority votes in direct opposition to liberalism’s socialism, amorality, anti-ethics, gas bags, they would be on top.

They have to unload the dead weight rinos and party suckers, and keep a steady stream of reforms, problem identification and solving, and programs they want and can explain over the leftist media’s head to voters. They have to keep challenging the left as racist/divisive, failure face socialists, liars, haters, the party of the KKK, etc.
They have to fight the ideology of multi-culturalism/tribalism versus unity beyond Nation of Origin - Americanism. People do not come here to be poor and beggars. They come to start business, get educated and be happy.

They have to cut foreign/UN loyalty and move to American loyalty. That means the hard core globalists are out. The ideology of globalism in all it’s forms has not worked for Americans. We are a Nation; not foreigners to one another. Time for it to go.

Ann Coulter has made this point repeatedly, starting in the summer of 2015.

"The way Republicans win is by driving up the white vote. It is not by women or Hispanics or blacks. In fact, those groups are going to start fighting among one another," she said on "The O'Reilly Factor" in 2015

Coulter is absolutely correct.

126 million Americans voted in the last Presidential election. There are 330 million Americans. Leaving out 40 million who are too young, another 2 million who are felons and can’t legally vote (wink, wink, nudge, nudge...), means that 57% of Americans don’t vote.
