The Broadmoor Colorado Springs a longtime favorite of western Republicans. It was here that GW Bush was jogging one morning after a late night of hard bourbon drinking. He felt like crap and he decided not to drink again, Which he has managed to do all these years since. Lived in the Springs at one point, the Broadmoor is great place for family special event dinners. More casual dining at ‘The Bee’ a tavern/restaurant type venue is fun as well.
