In the end, it will all depend on who wins lot of delegates during the primaries to help in final nomination -or- improve chance of electoral votes.

Rubin was on Brett Buyer Special Report. Bet tried to get him to react to Trumps criticism of him. He didn’t take the bait Handled himself well. Didn’t criticize Trump personally just said he could have made a better choice of words to make point.

I believe Rubberio is the son of Cuban emigres, Ted’s mom was a US citizen, his dad is from Cuba.
Trump is losing money on this.
He either gets out soon or he’s in it to win it.
I don’t see a combined ticket either way.

Cruz has refused the media’s bait to denounce Trump, but he has not agreed with him. He said he wouldn’t have said what Trump said and he is too smart to do that.
He would not touch Trump with a ten foot pole to be his VP.

Ted Cruz is demonstrating his usual class toward Trump, but I don’t imagine Cruz takes him seriously. He understands that Trump is a liberal Democrat. He’d never have that on his ticket.
