You probably guessed it...Ted Cruz! At least if we're going solely by the measuring stick of fund raising. Yes Cruz announced his candidacy not much earlier than Paul did, but still he's managed an astounding $31 million in a single week! Which has really turned a lot of heads. Including a good number of people in more traditionally liberal news outlets...

Notice how they're trying to pin so much of this on the citizens united case? As though that one supreme court decision has allowed for the rise of a principled conservative with real values and beliefs to occur. Only Mark Halperin seems convinced that Ted Cruz is succeeding because he is well liked and supported by a LOT of Americans.
So what does this mean for the 2016 race? Does Cruz actually stand a chance? Will his ability to raise this kind of money this quickly amount to anything? Or will we still get blindsided by the establishment in the primaries?

As usual ‘they’ are full of BULL! I`d bet a hundred times my current donations to Cruz that the vast majority of his assistance have been small figure donations by We The ‘little’ People who are fed up with the uni-party horse sh!t we`ve been forced to swallow!
Percentage wise I’m sure of it.
The Commie Left (who are honest with themselves) see the Tsunami coming that is going to level every hateful and destructive law, policy, project back to the sand it was built on. Man proposes, God disposes.
Wouldn’t be surprised if most of them are thinking of last-minute remodeling upgrades before they have to list their DC houses in a year.
