Rand Paul may be the first to fold. It has been reported that several in his camp have defected to the TED CRUZ campaign.
Paul didn’t gain any traction the last time he ran for President. Can’t he take the hint? He is unelectable.

We need to pray that a God-fearing President will be elected in 2016.
I just can’t see a path for Rand to win nomination. The only group likely to give him numbers is those under 30, but that group is notorious for low turnout.
However, in the UNlikely event Rand Paul wins nomination, I will have to vote for him in general over Hildabeast who is a lock for the democRats.
He seems to be more like a character on The Gong Show
