Thad does what he is told to do....and is simply waiting for the right moment to retire and someone is suddenly put up for the replacement job. I don’t think Thad can think for himself or act on his own (sadly).
Yeah, but he keeps his administrative assistant “close by” 24/7 to take care of any problems which may arise! Very reassuring!
