When a civilization is in its last gasps and those who get free money from the government can vote, what rational person would want to be its leader?
The US electorate has effectively been “balkanized”. This is due to the divide and conquer shenanigans of the political class, and their financial interests/backers. Oddly enough, the divide and conquer strategy is designed and implemented to ultimately lead to all of the states being forced into one government federal rule.
Reading the title, I thought this was going to be an intelligent article about how the candidates lack commitment to America, or the Constitution.
Its about the fact that no one has formally declared their intention to run. Which makes it a stupid article.
Here’s my answer to the stupid author: what benefit is there to the candidate to declare this early? The disadvantage is that it sets your candidacy as a target. The only reason to declare now is if you have ZERO name recognition.
I won’t even get into the trashing of Cruz by the author, which has little to do with the subject he chose.
