I'm not terribly happy about the reason it was first used, but yep, I'm ok with congresscritters beating each other to death. I don't much like politicians of any stripe. ;)

Arkansas did it better! One legislator pulled out a Bowie knife and stabbed another to death on the floor of the Legislature.
