This Huffington Post story seems to think that GOP candidates do not support democracy: Bush favors capitalism over democracy; Huckabee favors Christianity over democracy. At that point I decided that the entire article was a liberal hack job filled with erroneous and sensationalistic claims about the GOP field. Not worth wasting anymore time on it, IMHO.

Then you really haven't been paying attention, have you?!
Bush was a favorite of the Chamber of Commerce, he grew government, his amnesty attempts were nothing but in support of the Chamber of Commerce; he truly favored Capitalism over Democracy, or maybe more accurately, the form of government the Founders envisioned and created.
The author has Huckabee spot on. Huckabee wants to enforce his idea of what Christianity at the expense of the proper role and function of the federal government. He too would sign a Comprehensive Immigration Bill (Amnesty) and would grow the Government with policies and schemes that fall outside the 10th Amendment.
Maybe, before taking offense, you should study up on both Bush and Huckabee.
