I haven’t read anything that would indicate thatbWalker was Squish on Obamacare.

Walker’s fight against the government unions stirred the angst of Democrats around the country because the real power of Obamacare is the unionization of such a large part of the economy under the SEIU and Walker was putting limits on that power.

Cruz will have had as much time in the Senate as Obama had should he be elected so the Democrats can’t hold that against him. Under the law in effect at the time Cruz is a natural born citizen regardless of the circumstances of his birth so that isn’t an issue. But the one that might get him is the fact that the GOP establishments hate him and will work harder for his defeat than the Democrats ever would.

So why should they worry about Cruz. It’s clear to them he has to overcome their criticisms otherwise he will not be a viable candidate. But I feel they are rightly frightened because the field of other candidates are not strong enough to withstand the enormous potential Cruz offers. There is a lack of potential in the other candidates and a record of failures to push aside or hide.

Remember Obama was elected on his potential even if he did not turn out to be a good president. Sometimes people will vote for an unknown based on their potential and their expectations rather than for a known politician that has failed his potential or did not fulfil their expectations. Such is the case of many candidates who possess seniority over Cruz face.

Cruz may experience some failures but he did not fail to do what the voters of Texas expected him to do when they sent him to Washington. He has integrity, honesty, patriotism, and the conservative values of the voters of Texas. He voted for Texas, not the GOPe.

This scares the liberals who have survived by the lies and deceptions forced on a gullible public by their media propagandists. Things are not getting better, they are getting worse or staying the same. Tthe truth is beginning to be apparent to most everyone that they have been lied to.

Cruz stands out in contrast to the usual Washington politician. The liberals do not want people to notice he is different. He has leadership, intelligence, and a profound knowledge and respect of the Constitution and the rule of law. They must do everything possible to distort his image as quickly as possible by criticizing and condemning his every move. They must induce doubt in the minds of the voters before the nominations and election.

It is my hope that Cruz will continue to fight for the conservative cause and in doing so earn the respect, admiration, and vote of the independents, GOP conservatives, and Tea Party conservatives. I think he is above and beyond any candidate for president offered at this time.

“.....his stance against immigration.....”

Senator Cruz is against executive amnesty, not immigration.

I haven’t read Newsmax in a while.....looks like they’ve gone all in for the GOPe.

The four in my book is: RINOs, RINOs, RINOs and yes, RINOs!! That is the stinking republicans problem. The people voted for them to get rid of Obama and his garbage and the fool cry baby Beemer gives them the farm. I am sick of the stinking RINOcrat party.

Whereas Mr. Obama was a community organizer, including time spent working for ACORN and the SEIU, Mr. Cruz was the longest-serving Solicitor General in Texas history, with many successes, was the man most responsible for Al Gore not sitting in the White House, has won many Supreme Court cases (Mr. Obama has never argued a trial of any kind) and was the North American debating champion in both categories.

My view is hardening. Cruz is my only choice. I am no longer GOP. It Cruz or Cruz.

Right now, for me. My first choice is Cruz.

My 2nd choice is ScottWalker. Walker is a very successful sitting governor. That's a big plus. He has executive experience. I'd have to say, at this point in time, that he's got a better chance to win the nomination than does Ted.

Love to see them on the same ticket.

It’s pretty clear to me that this is wrong. There will be two to three serious conservative campaigns: Walker, Cruz and/or Jindal. The least successful of them will still be ten times more substantial than the best conservative attempts since Ronald Reagan in 1980. Neither Jeb Bush nor Chris Christie will be able to run them off the road the way the way Pat Robertson, Pat Buchannan, Phil Gramm, Michelle Bachman or Rick Santorum were so relatively easily derailed.

I think Cruz and Palin should run for 2016. If they cannot get the nomination they should run third party.

It’s time to put the republicans in a bind. Accept conservative rule of the party or permanently lose the presidency from a third party insurgency.

Conservatives can keep legislative pressure high federally and at local levels.
