"There are only a handful of political speeches that have such historic impact. Barack Obama's keynote speech at the 2004 Democratic Convention comes readily to mind."

I think only people who are true believers already will be swayed by this nonsense.

Haven’t we learned our lesson that good speech-makers aren’t necessarily good Presidents, in fact the opposite?

One of my all time favorite political speeches was given in Detroit in 1980. Any conservative who runs should study it closely.

We, that's us FReepers, are supposed to find this speech of the Injun Princess unbelievable.

However, FRiends, it was a brilliant piece of political theater. It puts Fauxcahontas and Cruz on the same damn page, which does her a hell of a lot more good than it does him. Of course HER speech is the one the MSM will cover.

I can already "feel" all those female voters of the more respectable classes out there starting to get warm flashes for Lizzie the Indian Millionairess.

In fact, in the short term, I hope these Loonie Lefters who think Barry isn't radical enough, join Cruz et al to stop this monstrosity.
