There is a Senate race in 2016 in Illinois and the seat is currently held by a Republican, so that would be the logical place for Michelle to run...she wouldn’t have to live there except when campaigning for re-election. Or she could buy a house in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and persuade five-term Senator Barbara Mikulski that she really needs to retire. (That seat is also up for re-election in 2016.)
I agree, and figured Mooch would be a “lock” to take out Mark Kirk in Illinois.
A Republican won the governor race this month however, and she may have to really campaign to win. Money obviously wouldn’t be an issue for her. Baraq will be a billionaire after the POTUS pardon bribes in ‘17.
