HOUSTON, Texas An article by the New York Times Editorial Board appears to agree with Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT) that Attorney General Nominee Loretta Lynch must answer about whether she approves of President Obamas threatened executive amnesty. Cruz and Lee came out quickly after the announcement of Lynchs nomination demanding that Lynch provide her analysis of the presidents legal authority to issue amnesty for illegal immigrants through an executive order.
Several Republicans, including Senators Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, have said Ms. Lynch must disclose her position on, among other things, the presidents announced plan to take executive action on immigration, the Times Editorial Board wrote. That is one of many appropriate questions to put to a nominee for attorney general, who will be the nations chief law enforcement officer and who obviously must undergo greater scrutiny than, say, a local prosecutor. Theres no reason those questions cant be asked now.(continued)

asking her questions is Racist
I have noticed quite a few media types deserting the Lyin’ King all-of-a-sudden.
Something must have happened recently, maybe within the last week, to scare them. perhaps? :-)
Don’t they know at the NY Times that she is Sharpie approved?
She’ll say the magic words to obtain the office, and then neglect her duties after sworn in. It’s the liberal Marxocrat way. The ends justify the means.
Puke, more paint by numbers by the MSM!
The alphabet soup media continue to disappoint.
Megyn said that!/??
Certainly, I expect that cra* from everyone else and I have heard her state some pretty lefty stuff before and chalked it up to "media bubble" but I'm darned sick and tired of watching/listening to the few semi-sane media outlets go all politically correct everywhere on me!
blurrrgh!
Yep. I heard her say it on BO'Re's show Monday night. Miss Megyn is full of energy and fast talking. But she is woefully short of good sense. I had some hope for her earlier this year when she was going after Bill Ayers & the Weather Underground while giving a boost to Dinsesh D'Souza. But these remarks about AG candidate Lynch and her earlier remarks on BO'Re's show claiming that "white privilege" exists and is a major problem, along with her support of homosexual marriage/adoption, leave me stone cold with her. She is not to be trusted.
Should they ask her about an investigation of holder and the DOJs involvement in Fast and Furious and would she prosecute if crimes are found? and what about IRS?
If you think about that’s probably a very accurate statement, sad but true. That still doesn’t mean she should get a pass make her answer the hard questions, put her on record. I’m NOT implying that any Senator should vote for her but we know she gets all the democrats plus mCain, collins and graham, probably more Republicans than that if the vote is during the “new” Senate, just enough to confirm her.
That's just what we voted against!!!
Plus this gal is as left as they get.
Let Obama have an "acting AG" because no one of his picks can get confirmed.
That works for me.
