Both houses need more turnover in leadership. Six year term limit for both Senate and House would prevent leadership from becoming entrenched in corruption and power. It would bring us fresh faces and ideas, and keep them from becoming life positions.

My gosh, look at all this man has accomplished, and he’s only 43 years old? Bathhouse Barry had to make up his resume and he got elected twice! Senator Cruz is the real deal! No wonder his has a spine of steel -he knows his stuff and isn’t a coward. I just dare McConnell to take him on - Cruz will take his case to the American people. Yep, ole turtle-face is going to have his hands full for sure! LOL

It’s gotta be hard to take pics in a bath house. I suspect the lens would just fog up.

Guys, I freely admit -even avow- Ted to be the most competent and able person in all of the current governing class! (and that Jefferson was one of the geniuses who have held the presidency).

To the subject of the thread: Ted and Mitch will have to compromise with each other. Neither can just ‘have his way’. Mitch has the far superior position but Ted has superior abilities...

LOL!
Politicians can always be trusted to do what they think is in their best interest- at the time.

I think Ted knows this.

” Senator Cruz can do serious damage to Senator McConnell’s stated intention to “work together” with the president “

Cruz is the one guy with a chance to save us from amnesty. Sad that one guy has this much pressure on him, but this is the reality.

It’s not pressure. Cruz has worked his whole life to earthquake the Marxists. He’s a Happy Warrior.

And as a fellow Capricorn, he’s earthy, not fiery.

He just gives them the truth and they think it’s hell.
