I knew this day was coming, but I didn't think it'd be until after he left office. In my opinion the day of black gripes has arrived, but I don't think the day of a significant shift of black votes from Demoncrap to Republican has arrived.

It doesn’t have to be “significant” to change an election at the local, district or even state level.
