I suspect he and Demint confirmed the appointment of Leon loose lips Panetta as DoD head not so many years ago. I think the entire sitting Senate did or close,, but no politico is perfect,, and the ACU ratings are far from a solid litmus test these days, IMHO.

Not to mention that as Senate Minority Whip, he allowed several Senate RINOs to vote against the DEFUNDING Obamacide as well as in SUPPORT of the Senate AMNESTY Bill.
What more do you need to see that he MUST GO?
Personally after the first couple of years I don’t think it makes any difference who was sent there. I have noticed they gradually become more wishy washy in their beliefs till you can’t tell them from the Democommies. Just my two cents, but I am starting to think Cruz might be an exception.
