It’s a good thing we didn’t tell the Japanese, back in 1942, that we were reading their naval traffic. We would have lost the Battle of Midway.
Not too bright on the part of this guy Schindler, assuming it’s not deliberate misinformation.
And he throws commas into sentences unnecessarily.

Traffic circulation seems to be the goal of the individual, whether the article has merit or not— this should not be the basis for FR posting.
