Seems that the 1 in 17 Michigan adults who have permits to carry combined with a couple million more guns that don't require registration is more than making up for fewer and fewer police.

It`a too bad and unscholarly to release “report” of a “study” without giving the actual source for the report and the source html info for the “study”.
