New treatment for sexual dysfunction (for men and women)

The O-Shot for women and the Priapus Shot for men are made from platelet-rich plasma (PRP) sourced from your own blood, which is then activated, to heal aged and damaged tissue of the sex organs.

PRP therapy is nothing new – it’s been used for the popular Vampire Facelift, and for decades to treat athletic injuries and promote healing after certain procedures – but those same healing properties are now helping giving patients a boost...in the bedroom.

Here’s how it works: Local anesthetic cream is applied to the injection sites and then PRP is injected at those precise locations. These treatments rejuvenate the “orgasm system” by stimulating stem cells found in the tissue. New blood vessels and sensory cells are formed and go to work to increase function and improve sensitivity.

The entire procedure takes less than 15 minutes and requires no downtime. Results are typically seen within a week, and many patients experience improvements like increased sensitivity, heightened arousal and improved function within three weeks.

If we spent half the money we do on sexual dysfunction on curing real problems we might see some progress in cancer or other disease treatments. Sex is like a driver’s license it is a privilege not guaranteed under the constitution not a right.

Here is what I know about PRP. There are a few skin conditions for which this is already working, stopping pain, itch, and degeneration of skin conditions. I have no idea how it would work for sexual response. But the treatment does plump and rejuvenate and heal problems in the skin.

I’m imagining that it would help a woman if it were some kind of aging skin problem or if the skin itself were preventing the kind of response she once had younger. It will NOT CHANGE HER HORMONES and without estrogen and especially progesterone there will be not much interest or ability for sex.

Anyone going through fertility treatments has had both experiences: no estrogen and progesterone (a drug called Lupron removes all their effects and neutralizes you -— oh, and makes you a RAVING BITCH) while the extra extra extra estrogen and progesterone you take to support the pregnancy will give you the most desire and wildest dreams of your life.

So I don’t think rejuvenating the skin would necessarily solve problems of low hormones. Depends on what the woman is suffering from.

Seriously, it is no guarantee that you will have sex. While there is no guarantees in life as well, the constitution does try and protect that right.
