Sorry, I was hoping what happened last week in Boston will stop them headlong on this dash, any thinking person would have slowed down and ask questions, but today I feel more pessimistic.

Agree except we have not been hearing much if any talk about a filibuster lately. Barnes and Kristol are pathetic. Amazingly we have gone from 70+% against in 2007 to 70% in favor now. Go figure.
