It is fascinating to me that the Congress of the United States is leaning toward these “universal background” checks against ordinary citizens wishing to exercise their Second Amendment rights, but refuse to examine the backgrounds of the POTUS or any member of Congress.

Even more fascinating is the fact that IF a universal background check is passed, it will violate both our Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights in addition to potentially violating our Second Amendment rights.

At the current rate, before this current term term is up, I am sure that zero will find a cause that will encourage him to violate ALL of the Bill of Rights in a single issue!!

You are probably right. He could probably justify nulifying the whole thing in the midst of some gigantic SHTF/WROL situation. Gee, this Korea thing just happens to be at the right time doesn’t it? /sarc
