A research attorney for a Kansas Court of Appeals judge has been temporarily suspended from her job pending an investigation about tweets she posted during a court hearing in former Attorney General Phill Klines ethics case.
Ron Keefover, spokesman for the judicial branch, said Sarah Peterson Herr was suspended Friday while an investigation is conducted. She is a research attorney for Judge Christel Marquardt.
The tweets were posted Thursday during a Kansas Supreme Court hearing deciding whether Klines law license should be indefinitely suspended for his conduct during investigations of abortion providers.
The tweets predicted that Kline would be disbarred for seven years. They also included several disparaging comments about Kline and his actions in the courtroom.
Messages left for Herr and Kline werent immediately returned.
All Kline did was try to enforce the law.
I know, he should be totally exonerated on all charges!
Following are, at least some of the tweets!

So the ethical-tweeting-attorney had NOTHING to say about the ethics of Kathleen Sebelius in the Destruction of records?
Nor did the “News”
Nope. I remembered she did that before Barry appointed her. MSM won’t remind anyone of her at best, incompetent behavior and at worst, criminal.
