The GOP primary process ensures that a RINO will get elected, because the more conservative figures will battle it out and split the vote, and the RINO will get a greater share of the overall vote.

The only way to avoid this is to have decided on only one or two conservative candidates by mutual arrangement to enter the race soe as not to cannibalize the vote.

I saw the Texas Republican delegation goes to the RNC and says if they don’t reform, we will walk and take our 38 Electoral Votes with us.

It’s ridiculous that the one state that actually has a significant number of EVs, that reliably votes GOP, has no say in the nominee-—that has to change.

Have a pre-primary primary, that a good idea. But how many of the candidates (and supporters) would honor the results?
