Palin supports allowing gay rights groups to participate at a conservative convention. I don’t. This web site for instance, does not allow gay rights views to be promoted. Why should CPAC?

I’m with you 100% on that....Promoting gay rights has no place at CPAC period....But I’m not sure Palin would be okay with them being present just to promote an agenda.....Then again the gay rights groups have shown themselves to be pretty much a one issue movement, even when they claim to be conservative....That’s a problem....Can you imagine what would happen if Palin supported banning them from the CPAC?.......How would you handle it?.....Personally, I think living an active gay lifestyle and calling yourself a conservative is not possible....But that’s just my opinion......

Because Free Republic is (rightfully) a dictatorship. This is Jim's house with Jim's rules. CPAC is a coalition of over 100 different organizations, with each group having a voice.
