There have been several pro-life presidents since abortion
on demand became legal. Excuse me,a right. I’m serious
when I say I’m not sure what difference it makes.

Back when Romney was governor, he signed a Planned Parenthood questionnaire. From his answers and comments I got the impression that he was a person who really didn't think much about abortion before running for office and felt somewhat uncomfortable having to take a side. So he took a side that was politically expedient at the time. Ronald Reagan was in a similar position as governor of California until he saw the light and became a staunch pro-lifer.

It is highly unlikely that Romney will pull an Obama and push for legislation to kill babies who survive an abortion attempt.
