So I got this email from Texas Alliance for life that includes the following
"David Dewhurst is the ONLY candidate with a track record of passing pro-life laws. He knows how to get things done to protect unborn babies and their mothers.
Please don't gamble when you vote on Tuesday. Vote for David Dewhurst."
I don't know why they are implying Cruz is not pro-life, when he is, and why they are getting involved in this fight.

Well, duh...IIRC, Cruz hasn’t been a legislator, so couldn’t have done so.
Dewhurst would be an OK senator probably along the likes of a John Thune-—another vanilla milquetoast. Might as well go for the fiery, sparkplug Tea Party young gun in Cruz which is greatly needed in DC.

But did you vote often enough?
I guess I’m just curious what kind of deals happened in the backroom to get them to so strongly take sides in a fight between 2 pro-life candidates.
They also sent me a voter guide today recommending Dewhurst. It also makes me wonder if I should support other pro-life organizations instead when they are using their resources in such a poorly thought out way.
Their ad is pretty much like all the other ones run against Cruz. We really need Paul Harvey around again to tell the rest of the story.
I received an email from them. Too many people focus on just one issue and if a candidate seems to agree with them on that one issue alone they vote for them, regardless of their stance in other areas. If we don’t get the gay marriage issue shut down, pro-life is going to become a moot issue because there won’t be any babies.
