Where did you get the idea of a real 3rd party from?
Discovering real Republican unity where it can be found is the idea.

Republicans can learn to stop lying to themselves that they have to be neo-cons, neo-liberals and crony-crooks to win.

Republicans can learn that they cannot even afford to even associate with crony-crooks, neo-cons and neo-liberals because of their every-citizen duty under 18USC4 ‘misprision of felony’ as reached through VA statutory embezzlement and VA statutory treason and common law petty treason.

Learning that bad company buys trouble does not seem to be such a difficult lesson.
All we need is to recognize when the Republican party has a teachable moment and then act rightly on it.

Then the Libertarian Party folks, Constitution Party & Tea Party folks won’t be revolted as they are now. Please see the OP.

Whats wrong with mentioning a purist wanttabe political party that the Republican MUST  learn from if they want to remember who they are.

If each Republican was obligated by party bylaws to annually take an oath that is a merge between the oath of office and the requirements of the law as the law now stands almost all of the neo-con,  neo-liberal , crony-crook stuff would just disappear because of each member's hue & cry duty (an English common law duty that still exists in states that have embrace the law commonly written in the heart of each person by their Creator).

Nixon-like failures of character would be stopped before the damage even damaged the prospective failure - good teamwork is like that.

Consider the effect if each reaffirmed their Republican-ness every year with this:

-------------------------------------------------

I, _______, as a Republican, Believe:

1) That the free enterprise system is the most productive supplier of human needs and economic justice, That all individuals are entitled to equal rights, justice, and opportunities and should assume their responsibilities as citizens in a free society, (Tea Party Free Markets core value)

2) That fiscal responsibility and budgetary restraints must be exercised at all levels of government, (Tea Party fiscal responsibility core value)

3) That the Federal Government must preserve individual liberty by observing Constitutional limitations, (Tea Party Constitutionally Limited Government core value)

4) That peace is best preserved through a strong national defense,

5) That faith in God, as recognized by our Founding Fathers is essential to the moral fiber of the Nation.

I, _______________, as citizen and voter (, candidate and officer if elected,) affirm that I will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend my Constitution of the United States, and State, against all enemies, foreign and domestic;

that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;

AND to to bear arms or to perform noncombatant service on behalf of the United States and State when required by the duly authorized law.

AND diligently perform my duty defined in The Code of the United States of America 18USC4 Misprision of Felony ; such that crimes arising from alienation shall become scarce, particularly, that felony against MY Constitution and its duly authorized law known as US Frauds & Swindles; effected by "Resisting the execution of the laws under the color of its authority", defined as "Virginia Statutory Treason” and “Virginia Statutory Embezzlement”.

I affirm this duty freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of citizen, voter and candidate; and trusting with firm reliance on the Providence, Witness and Counsel of "The Laws of Nature and Nature's God" pledge my life, my fortune and my sacred honor.”

-------------------------------------------------

Now were would those fine splinter party folks feel most at home? the Republican Party.

“Third party votes bring democrats to office.”

Voting for the GOP brings Liberal Republicans to office.

6 of one half dozen of another.

The establishment republicans are controlling the tea party freshman and we all are out in the cold.
