i am not a Palinbot. i agree with 75-80%. But I trust her more than that and much more than anyone else. What she has been through and how she has handled it. The MSM and Libs-—they dont have anything on her——That is GOLD for a conservative.

And so you prove yourself to be a Palin-supporter I'm comfortable with; unlike the several attacks I've received for daring to voice an opinion that might be construed as anti-Palin.

You’re right. Only she knows for sure. She’s doing EXACTLY what she wants to do for now.

I remember her telling Chris Wallace that she wasn't closing any doors to the future, and that included a possible run for the presidency, but I truly believe that Sarah is a patriot first, and that she will only run if she determines that she can win it all. She's not about to put herself out there only to be torn down and humiliated by the eager, hateful lame stream and members of her own party.

Sarah Palin is genuine. She has a servant's heart. If she runs, I will support her all the way to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C. and for the following 8 years. God bless and protect Sarah Palin and her precious family.

I didn’t say Paul was 100% right; I said that he has good domestic policy. (And I said nothing about his foreign policy.)
If you whine about him “being for marijuana legalization” then I would challenge you to show me where in the Constitution the current federal prohibitions against it are authorized.
As for the “truther” label, I think it’s high time people started to distrust their behemoth government; just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they’re NOT out to get you.

If you believe that the United States killed 3,000 civilians in their own city to justify a war, I have nothing else to say to you.

We need to win, not with people/names/celebrities, but within the *ideas* that people [our leaders in particular] use in their lives. Not in the “interface” (what people show the outside), but on the “implementation”

Sarah is the only Republican with the necessary "something" this nation needs. The rest of the pretenders are full of hotair.

I doubt that the government planned it, but it would not surprise me if they took advantage of the chaos to 'disappear' things. IIRC, there was a report a day or two before the attack which detailed that multiple BILLIONS of dollars were poof-gone and not accounted for.

I believe that those in power will do EVERYTHING that they can to retain it, whether it is legitimate or not. Consider that the US is supposedly empowered by the consent of its people; what happens when a single person no-longer consents? Is he a nut-ball? Labeled as 'seditious' or 'treasonous'? What about several people, say the likes of the Huataree militia? What about entire cities (the existence of Sanctuary cities is de facto rejection of the validity of Federal immigration law... and thereby the government which is to enforce it)? What about entire States (right, there was that Civil War thing...)?

Tell me why I can't get ANYWHERE with the resolution of the following contradiction between my State Constitution and several State Statutes:

New Mexico State Constitution; Article 2 Section 6 NMSA 30-7-2.4. Unlawful carrying of a firearm on university premises; notice; penalty.
No law shall abridge the right of the citizen to keep and bear arms for security and defense, for lawful hunting and recreational use and for other lawful purposes, but nothing herein shall be held to permit the carrying of concealed weapons. No municipality or county shall regulate, in any way, an incident of the right to keep and bear arms. (As amended November 2, 1971 and November 2, 1986.) A. Unlawful carrying of a firearm on university premises consists of carrying a firearm on university premises except by:
  1. a peace officer;
  2. university security personnel;
  3. a student, instructor or other university-authorized personnel who are engaged in army, navy, marine corps or air force reserve officer training corps programs or a state-authorized hunter safety training program;
  4. person conducting or participating in a university-approved program, class or other activity involving the carrying of a firearm; or
  5. a person older than nineteen years of age on university premises in a private automobile or other private means of conveyance, for lawful protection of the person's or another's person or property.

B. A university shall conspicuously post notices on university premises that state that it is unlawful to carry a firearm on university premises.

C. As used in this section:

  1. "university" means a baccalaureate degree-granting post-secondary educational institution, a community college, a branch community college, a technical-vocational institute and an area vocational school; and
  2. "university premises" means:
    1. the buildings and grounds of a university, including playing fields and parking areas of a university, in or on which university or university-related activities are conducted; or
    2. any other public buildings or grounds, including playing fields and parking areas that are not university property, in or on which university-related and sanctioned activities are performed.

D. Whoever commits unlawful carrying of a firearm on university premises is guilty of a petty misdemeanor.

If the government is free to ignore its own Constitution, leaving the Citizen with no legal recourse, what CAN'T that government do?

Contra-Constitutional laws such as that litter the legislative landscape! The government hasn't killed 3,000 civilians it has enslaved 300,000,000 Citizens rendering them no more than mere Subjects!

“We need to win, not with people/names/celebrities, but within the *ideas*”

Doesn’t it get real old, the same alinsky tactic of using your enemys’ ideas against them?

It’s not working. Get something original.

Wrong. It’s not “because she’s Sarah.”

It’s because she puts ideas first, like Reagan did.

I didn’t say to use *their* ideas, I said we need to win within ideas [i.e. the intellectual realms (like Academia) that the leftists and socialists have been handed with no fuss or fight.] or are you suggesting that we “elect a Republican landslide and then force the will of the ‘majority/winner’ on everyone else”?

Didn’t Regan say that Freedom was never more than a generation away from extinction? If you are unwilling/unable to present your ideas to the next generation how do you expect them to be acted on in the future?

>It’s not working. Get something original.

Funny what you read into that.

Reagan's eleventh commandment, thou shall not speak ill of another republican.

I think this might be a good thing. There is a lot of OTHER candidates out there I don't like. But it serves no purpose to hammer on someone. Please go after policies you don't agree with instead of personalities.

She seems to be kicking in their head in. Let her do it.
HELP HER DO IT!

Please, in the future, end whatever your rant is with:

Yes, I’m a Ron Paul fan, so no one will bother to respond.
It will save us all a lot of typing.

Here’s a little clue: Don’t try quoting Reagan if you can’t even spell his name.

Just sayin’...

I'm so old that I can remember when both the Dallas Morning News and the Houston Chonicle were conservative newspapers.

Sigh...

The "quitter" meme. Why doesn't that surprise me?

Because it's one of the bigger hurdles she's going to have to overcome. She's going to have to decide which one of the three or four reasons she's given is the real one and stick with it.
