he won by a margin similar to what Bush won with...IIRC....he had illegal money or so it seems....he had the SRM at his beck and call...he had McCain trying to LOSE the race...he had Soros and his cronies destroy the economy or so it seems....
yet with all that, he didn't massacre McCain....he didn't..
the fact is, after 8 yrs, a candidate of the different party is ususally considered to have an advantage.....
just remember who voted him in.....it was the stupid WHITE people....not the Latinos or the blacks...
