Jim Gilchrist vs. John Campbell 48th Ca. Congressional Dist. Election
10.29.05 | Ted Phillips

The Republican Party has nominated John Campbell to replace Chris Cox as representative of the people of the 48th Congressional Dist. in Ca. If you look at John Campbell's voting record in Saacramento you will see why I resigned from the NRC and the NRCC. One old friend of mine described John Campbell as, "A political Whore". Jim Gilchrist on the other hand is a true American (On the order of the original Miute men). He is the actual founder of the Minuteman Org.and should replace Cox.

From what I've seen, Campbell is NFG (no damn good), but
Gilchrist seems to be a single issue guy..& his opposition to the Iraq war won't get him far w/ Repubs.

Well..... California Republicans know how to choose their candiates......NOT......Since Republicans in general do not start recruiting until a person is out of college they will continue to lose in the state of California ....Democrates start recruting when a person is at least the age of 16.

I don't know where you get that Gilchrist is opposed to the Iraq war. He has said time and time again that we need to do whatever it takes (increased manpower, money, etc.) to get the Iraqi's trained up militarily and stable politically. He strongly supports the removal of Sadam Hussein as he was a destabilizing influence in a critical region. Gilchrist also believes that a stable, democratic Iraq is the key to democracy, peace and stability in the broader middle east.
