Course since I set it up, I know how to turn it off. But it does make it less tempting to go to FR every 5 minutes.

But it does make it less tempting to go to FR every 5 minutes.No, it's at work and I don't want to involve the company in it, and getting a proxy server would do just that.
I have will power. I just need to learn new habits.
