EEEEEK!

What the heck is this?

Yes, I know it is a frog.... But I DON'T THINK WE HAVE FROGS LIKE THIS HERE!

Seriesly, I have lived in Washington state my whole life, and I have never seen anything like this in the wild here. Just little tree frogs. This thing is huge! It was hopping across my yard so I caught it.

Good grief, that's ugly. He's got more than your money. Your property has now been designated a protected habitat for the beast.

Where? - Near water? - I am not near water, should I take it to a lake?

I don't think it belongs here, I think it escaped or something, I would just like to know if it is native to Washington.

It looks like an African bull-frog. If it is, someone probably released it. Let us now pray that it did not reproduce, or is not reproducing, or is not the product of freely reproducing African bull-frogs; the local ecology took take a real pasting, as these behemoths have no natural predators. Our Australian brothers and sisters know this only too well.
