Jackson instead has said that the city government should have been more pro-active in enforcing the court order, telling the Chicago Tribune: "The place has been open. They've been advertising on the radio and the Internet. [The city] had to have knowledge it was being used. The un-enforced law is a factor here."

And had the city/police enforced the court order he would have been shouting about the racist oppression by the city of his maligned brethren. Je$$e Ja¢k$on needs to be nominated for the "Just Shut the H#!! Up" award for this month.
