Clarence Thomas Questions Presidential Immunity

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas recently questioned Special Counsel's Attorney Michael Dreeben about the lack of prosecutions against previous presidents for activities such as coups and operations like Operation Mongoose, which involved the CIA carrying out terrorist attacks against Cuban civilians. During a hearing on Presidential immunity, Thomas raised the issue, sparking significant interest and debate on social media. The discussion aimed to address the complexities surrounding presidential immunity and the potential implications for past and future administrations.

Operation Mongoose:

The Cuban Project, also known as Operation Mongoose, was an extensive campaign of terrorist attacks against civilians, and covert operations, carried out by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency in Cuba. It was officially authorized on November 30, 1961 by U.S. President John F. Kennedy. The name "Operation Mongoose" was agreed to at a White House meeting on November 4, 1961.

Kavanaugh to his credit also mentioned Obama’s drone strikes.

These two are brave men for raising this even so subtly in the manner they did.

We must pray for them!

I listened to some of it and the liberals did not even want to go there or just brushed over it.

Thank God that during Thomas’s SC Confirmation hearing, Biden’s disgusting efforts to destroy Thomas’s reputation and keep him off the bench failed utterly!

In 2005, Sandy Berger who was a national security advisor under Bill Clinton, was fined and sentenced to two years of probation, plus community service, for the unauthorized removal of classified material from the National Archives.

Here is the precedent. Every President has done this and no one brought charges. Except for Trump.

Berger was not the President. Nor was
Biden when he removed large troves of classified material to his personal stash in sundry unsecured places.

“Berger was not the President. Nor was

Isn’t that what Trump is on trial for? The illegal removal of classified material?
