I really wonder what their old age will be like for these people, not just mentally as their mental illness with them living a more private, sedentary life where their minds have fewer distractions from facing their true selves, but what about the normal body functions, after all these mutilations they may be facing far more discomfort, pain, and messy body function issues than the average 70-80 year old, physical issues may start showing up even earlier.
