No. No mere law or statute may negate a constitutional right. Is the North Carolina appeals court insane? Are they taking money, as well as the medical profession and schools?

The incentive was that they were smart people operating on the belief that the jab stopped the spread of the virus and only dumb people who don’t care about anyone but themselves would refuse the vaccine. Damn the parents. Ya know, pretty much the attitude of a large percentage public school employees.
Defund public education. We have to burn the village to save it.
This is illegal and unconstitutional. It must be overturned.
