Yep - most male actors are ugly, fat, have man boobs and no butt yet no one says anything about that.
Make-up may even things out on the skin level, but it cannot change your bone structure. If a woman looks fantastic all done up, she has good bone structure.
For that woman with good bone structure, all that is often needed is a better skin care program based on nutrition and lifestyle. It’s better to look your best through nutrition and lifestyle than to try and compensate through cosmetics.

To be fair, I think she is somewhat ordinary which is not a bad thing, but I had to look her up. Had no idea who she was.
