The Glendale arena was nice. Pretty arena, nice neighborhood, within site of the Card’s stadium. But the Yotes couldn’t pay the rent, so they went to a 5000 seat arena. That was basically the end.
It's not a big deal for a football stadium, there are only eight games a year. But you have 41 home games in a season so it's important that the location is convenient for hockey fans.
