Besides having bad ideas, the marxists don’t seem to have the capability to do anything except destroy things.

And to make matters even worse, places like NYC (and most other big cities) have huge minority populations that vote for politicians on the basis of race instead of competence or intelligence.

Have fun freezing in the winter and roasting in the summer. A lot of people will die.

The problem with Marxist ideas is that they demand that mediocre, even incompetent, people get an equal opportunity to participate, manage, and lead.

This wouldn't even work in an elementary school play.

Fortunately for New York, noted electrical engineer Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is close to a breakthrough.

More will move out of NY.

This illustrates, once again: Leftists are not really protesting political ideas. They are protesting reality.

“”has supposedly been built””

The only things the democRATS want to ‘build’ is the leviathan, and the control that comes with the oppressive bureaucracy.

Underneath several East Coast States, including New York, is a massive deposit of oil and natural gas. The other States are taking advantage of the abundant energy. New York is not. With the advent of horizontal drilling, perhaps New York’s neighboring States will relieve NY of all that evil energy.

Sometimes people are so damned stupid that the only thing you can do is make money off their stupidity.

New York is an application of this principle on a large scale.

Perhaps when New Yorkers are sweltering or freezing in their darkened homes during large scale blackouts and EVs with dead batteries are clogging the roadways, they might see the folly of the green energy boondoggle.

Because no-nothing morons like AOC are dictating draconian “climate policy.”

Billions wasted. Nothing accomplished.

Re: High speed rail in California - 16 years, billions wasted, not an inch of track has been laid down.
