Is Lydia Bastianich still not giving out the recipes of what she’s cooking? I stopped watching her long ago for that reason. I’d have to buy her cookbooks to get the amounts used. Greedy.
The recent shows I’ve watched she states the amounts as she cooks and she’s not making anything that complicated. Sort of “home cooking” where you could eyeball most of what she does.
