I doubt we will get any kind of “law and order” even so. Simply because it will offend the Left’s most important constituency
The only “law and order” will be to relentlessly crack down on people who normally follow the law anyway. Make exercising your natural rights a crime; which also has the effect of diverting police resources from real crimes. A textbook example of this is happening now in Scotland.
