Yes, they all coordinate with media. After all, there are no journalists anymore, only activists. Coordinating with their own groups ensures those media outlets get the best stories, angles and pictures to broadcast.
When the EU was being invaded by young muslim men, it was the NGOs and media that coordinated to place the young child in the water so the video could break the strength of the anti-migrant groups publicly.
