Could be and I hope he is qualified, but this decrepit DEI gov’t disparity policy DEMANDS that the 13% black population be represented by at least 13% in admissions, graduation, and hiring in EVERY field regardless of testing results, ability, or knowledge. This DEI policy is literally killing us.

The contractual extortion forcing many firms to hire Didn't Earn It (DEI) contractors passed the 13% mark already.
They want way more than 13%.....they want superiority.
