So on a simple square foot ratio, Mar a Lago should go for $265M. But of course it has far more land, amenities and a name to go with it. So the sqft cost would have a multiplier of 2 or more...leading to the half billion value Mr. Trump, the consummate real estate guy, values it at.
But of course a decrepit, disgusting salamander of a human being in the NY court system knows far more then him.
