Israel hasn’t attacked Iranian refineries directly using missiles or drones, like Ukraine is doing to the Russians.
Not directly with missiles, but there have been explosions in various places. It will be interesting, to see what happens in a few days.

Perhaps I am misinterpreting your comment, but how are the two related?
Yes Ukraine is attacking Russias oil refining capabilities, since hydrocarbon production and refinement are the largest form of revenue for Russia, and is what is sustaining their war effort.
One could also say that Iran is not attacking Israel’s energy infrastructure, like Russia is doing massively to Ukraine
