I don’t know how it is in Turkey but in Iran they see it as a “cure” for homosexuality. In Iran you have two choices, be hung to death by a crane or get transgender surgery, which the state gives a voucher to help pay for. Smart Iranians go to Thailand for the surgery.

They actually are fine with homosexuality as long as the male mohammedan is dominate. So an infidel, a child or a eunuch are all fine receptacles for male mohammedan sodomy. Often they will expand that to lower class males as well.
