If I recall during the Impeachment of Clinton, his defense brought a large book that they claimed was evidence to prove his innounce. Later it was discovered
all it had was newspaper clippings in it.
“One of the big hurdles that this motion has is that
it’s not filed with any evidence,” the judge said of
Hunter’s desperate motion to dismiss the charges.
Hunter laughingly based his motion on his “plea deal”
with the Justice Department that fell through last year.
That astute judge saw through it.......deeming
it a concocted ruse to let Hunter go scot-free
