Someone else said...any flow disruption will be rerouted. Very little disruption...more like inconvenience...
It is my understand that the little rerouting requires a 45 minutes additional travel. They may not be much for a truck that crosses the state or nation, but it’s going to be brutal on the locals. Especially when that 45 minutes will be over an hour with the additional traffic.
